Pump Assembly Wan
Feng has 13 automatic assembly lines and can produce more than 1,500,000
units pumps per year. There are more than 1,000 containers are shipped
out every year.All impellers must been balanced so the pump can have a longer lifetime and no vibration problem. All pump volute and motor housing assemblies use automatic screw machine. It can screw down several screws at the same time at the same torque so the pump will not have leak problem. All pumps must been tested hi-pot, air leak test, in-water performance test so Wan Feng can guaran-tee the quality for each pump. All pumps are attached with serialized and MFG date labels so each pump can be traced out of Wan Feng. The end goal to Wan Feng is ¡°All our pumps are made-to-order¡±. We have to provide the best quality pumps to our customers and consumers. We need a long-term business relationship with all our clients. Wan Feng has built the most reputation in the pump field. |
